1.) Why do you suppose Jesus had his disciples baptize but He did not? (1 Cor. 1:11-17)
Speculation but probably so no one would think they were better than others by who baptized them.
2.) Where did Jesus go?
Sychar in Samaria.
3.) Who did He meet there and what did He ask her?
He asked a Samaritan woman for a drink.
4.) What kind of water did Jesus offer her and what does this represent?
Living water, salvation through obedience in water immersion.
5.) Why did the woman believe Jesus was a prophet?
Because He knew so many things about her.
6.) Who did Jesus tell her that He was?
He said that He was the Messiah, the Christ.
7.) What was Jesus's food?
Doing the work and will of God.
8.) Did the Samaritan people accept Jesus?
Many became believers.
9.) Where did Jesus re-visit?
Cana in Galilee. A royal official from Capernaium wanted Jesus to heal His sick son.
10.) Who visited Jesus and what did he want?
The seventh hour.
11.) At what time was the man's son healed?
Two miracles, Water to Wine and Healing the boy.
12.) How many miracles had Jesus now performed and what were they?
