Gal 5-6

The yoke of slavery that is the old law.

Only if you are considering it as salvational.

Faith expressed through love.

4.) In this chapter is the yeast bad or good?

It represents spreading sin.

Love your neighbor as yourself.

6.) What should we let lead us?

The Spirit.

7.) What are the acts of the sinful nature?

Sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, pride, drunkenness.

8.) What are the fruits of the Spirit?

Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

9.) What should we do and how should we do it if we find a brother caught in a sin?

Try and restore him gently.

10.) Should we compare ourselves to our brothers in Christ?

Comparing ourselves with others is not wise.

11.) Which "sower" will be saved?

The one who sows to please the Spirit.

12.) We should not be weary in doing what?

Do not become weary in doing good.

13.) Who should we especially do good for?

Do good especially to the household of faith.

14.) What were some Galatians demanding of others and why?

That they be circumcised that they may boast about converting people to be Jews.

15.) What did Paul boast about?

He boasts in the cross of Jesus Christ.

16.) How did Paul bear on his body the marks of Jesus?

The marks and scars of being persecuted for Jesus's name.
